Bootcamp workout at Great South Bay Brewery in Bay Shore NY. The event will kick off with a workout in the back area and then proceed with a celebration near the bar afterwards. Each attendee will receive a ticket for a free drinks, sweetgains will be providing protein ice cream, and TYR will be hosting a pop up sale.
