I'm offering brands the opportunity to sponsor my IG Live/Zoom virtual classes with LIIT: Low Impact Interval Training. I can also lead an IG takeover workout on your brand's channel, or you can hire me to lead a WFH workout for your employees via Zoom (already teaching private virtual fitness classes for a number of companies).
LIIT Live classes are always low impact, meaning no running, no jumping, and no burpees. But don't mistake low impact for low intensity! We always have a great class and a great sweat.
Brands have the opportunity to sponsor a single classes, package deals for multiple classes, and more.
LIIT Live classes are hosted via Zoom and streamed live on IG on the weekends. In addition, classes are added to the LIIT Membership for on demand viewing. 100+ people in the Zoom classes each weekend and a lively following on IG.
